As you know, MCB is in the midst of the busiest time of year for our firm, and we are focused on serving and advising our clients. We sincerely hope that you, your families, and your team members are staying healthy as we navigate this unprecedented coronavirus (COVID-19) global health crisis. As we all continue to monitor and follow the recommendations of federal, state and local agencies as well as those mandated by global health organizations, we want to assure you that we are dedicated to continuing to provide the highest level of professional services during this time.
Beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020, our office has adopted the following protocol until further notice:
- Telecommuting – MCB’s team members will be working from home as requested by the federal government to eliminate the spread of COVID-19. Rest assured, MCB team members have access to our client portal and virtual desktop technology to continue serving clients and meeting your needs. We are prepared to handle this situation with minimal impact to business operations, and our team is dedicated to providing clients with the same reliable, high-level service you have come to expect from us. You may reach out to your engagement team via email or phone, and we will be able to serve you without disruption.
- Office Hours – We will have limited staff in the office to accept mail and documentation from clients, following the social distancing guidelines of global health organizations. For the safety of our clients and MCB team, we recommend you only come into the office as a last resort to drop off and pick up documents when our client portal is not a viable option. Office hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Suspension of In-office Client Meetings – We are suspending in-person client meetings until further notice. If you have a meeting scheduled with an MCB team member, that person will reach out to you to reschedule or suggest a teleconference meeting. If you normally come in to drop off your tax information, please consider using the mail or another delivery service. Our online client portal and SecureSend are also available on our website. To register for the portal, click here or reach out to your MCB contact and ask them to send a portal invitation to you.
