Join us for our 2026 women in business event as we learn how to optimize our mindset to foster calm and confidence, even under extreme pressure. Learn practical tips, actionable strategies and inspiring stories to unlock the mental side of performance and become a stronger you in mind, body and heart.
Dr. Nassim Ebrahimi is a developmental psychologist, mental performance coach, author and speaker who specializes in helping athletes, coaches and professionals develop the mental skills required for sustained performance and personal growth. Through workshops, team sessions, and one-on-one coaching, Dr. Ebrahimi equips individuals with tools to navigate stress and setbacks, in sport and in life.
A former associate vice president for Prince George’s Community College, she is the CEO of Ebrahimi Consulting and Becoming My Stronger Me. She has written books, is an executive contributor for Brainz Magazine, and hosts a podcast. She holds a PhD in Developmental Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University, and two bachelor degrees in Neurobiology & Physiology, as well as Psychology, from the University of Maryland.

MCB’s Matt Dwyer and Katie Blondin will be joining the June SBIC Regulations Class as accounting faculty. The class be held at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. The class will cover applying for an SBIC license and compliance with the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) regulations and reporting. Attendees will benefit from an introduction to the SBIC program and will learn learn key terms and sources of funds. Additionally, they will learn how to identify conflicts of interest, how to qualify an investment, structuring the investment, managing the SBIC and more.
