Michael Lyon, CPA, CFE, CFF has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, auditing and consulting with for-profit and not-for-profit entities. Nonprofit accounting concentrations include charitable and membership organizations such as private clubs and religious organizations.

Michael is experienced in the full audit process from planning and risk assessment; selection and implementation of appropriate audit procedures, and drafting financial statements to formal presentations to the audit committee and board of directors.

Additionally, as a Certified Fraud Examiner, Michael brings considerable knowledge and insight into the potential fraud risks facing all small businesses and government contractors.
