Debbie Mandapat joined Matthews, Carter & Boyce in 2007. Debbie is a service-oriented CPA with extensive auditing experience with not-for-profit organizations, small business investment companies and commercial entities. She specializes in financial statement audits, Single Audits under The Uniform Guidance, employee benefit plan audits, and review and compilation services. Utilizing her accounting technical skills and a positive attitude, Debbie leads multiple audit engagements and aims to exceed client expectations.

Prior to her experience in public accounting, Debbie was an accounting manager in private industry overseeing general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll functions.
