With close to 30 years of experience as a tax professional, Dean joined Matthews, Carter & Boyce in 2023. While the majority of his career was spent working with real estate firms and government contractors, he has significant experience working with closely-held businesses operated in a flow-through entity (partnership, LLC, S-corp). Dean also has worked closely with other professional services firms such as law firms, consultants and medical practices.

Prior to joining MCB, Dean spent eight years at Anderson and two years at BDO where he served as a Director at both organizations. Before this, Dean spent 18 years at Argy Wiltse & Robinson, assuming various leadership roles and becoming a Partner.

When he is not working, Dean enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on his two kids at their sporting events. If not found on a field or court, there is a good chance he is out fly-fishing at a local body of water in Northern Virginia.
