Chris has more than 20 years of experience auditing a broad range of commercial and investment company clients. Chris has significant experience working with Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs) including performing audits of SBICs, providing compliance advisory services, assisting with compliance examinations, distribution analysis, and both SBA and GAAP basis valuation techniques.

Chris also has extensive experience as an auditor for all types of commercial companies including employee benefit plans, community development companies, hotels, and small businesses.
