Matthews, Carter & Boyce is pleased to announce that Dean Peterson has been promoted to the position of Principal with our firm. He joined MCB in 2023 as the next step in a long-standing career as a tax professional.
With close to 30 years of experience as a tax specialist, Dean has spent the majority of his career working with real estate firms and government contractors. He has also has worked closely with other professional services firms such as law firms, consultants and medical practices. He works primarily with closely-held businesses operated as a flow-through entity (partnership, LLC, S-Corporation).
Prior to joining MCB, Dean spent eight years at Andersen Tax Advisors and two years at BDO USA, serving as a Director at both organizations. Before this, he spent 18 years at Argy Wiltse & Robinson, assuming various leadership roles before becoming a Partner.
