The Small Business Administration (SBA) recently extended the deadline for filing the SBA Form 468 until Friday, April 4, 2014, due to technical issues that some of the funds have been experiencing with the SBICWEB reporting system.
As a reminder, each Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) is required to file its latest capital certificate using the SBICWEB reporting system by April 15, 2014. Because some of our clients have experienced technical difficulties with this application, we suggest that you begin this process at your earliest convenience.
